Hi I am Miki Gorai.

Just a quick introduction of myself, I started my Personal trainer career in New York.

I was impressed by people’s seriousness and habbit of fitness in the US and I obtained NASM-CPT and NASM-FNS (neutrition specialist). Since then I instructed model, talent, executives and selebrities to achieve variety of their goals. I picked up know-how of diet, body make, pasture improvement and performance up quickly and decided to go back to Tokyo to take another challenge in Japan. I am going to be a professional trainer who would always keep everyone’s motivation and to provide “FUN” fitness menu by leveraging my experience in the U.S.
